Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out a form, book a session, register for a program, or contact us, we may collect:

• Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
• Player name, age or date of birth, experience level, and program interests
• Payment information when you purchase a program. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, which process your card details under their own privacy policies.
• Any other information you choose to share with us

Training information. When a player trains with us, we may record attendance and training performance data, including results captured through our SmartField training technology.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring website, and device identifiers. On mobile devices, this may include device type, operating system, and diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Service, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising. This includes tools from third parties such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which may collect information about your activity on our website and use it to show you relevant ads on other websites and apps.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers: Companies that help us run our business, such as website and CRM hosting, scheduling and registration, payment processing, email and text message delivery, analytics, and advertising. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VOLTA STC, our players, or others.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from VOLTA STC, we may send messages about bookings, session reminders, schedule updates, account notifications, and, if you agreed, program offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Children's Privacy

VOLTA STC offers training programs for youth players. We collect information about players under 18 only from their parent or legal guardian, who registers and communicates with us on the player's behalf. Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data directly from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

Parents and guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.

Data Retention

We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining program and payment records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
